Gay Travel Information: Cook & Brown Public House – Providence, RI

Cook & Brown Public House / 959 Hope Street / Providence, RI 02906 / 401-273-7274

“I’m not in Rhode Island anymore,” was my immediate reaction upon entering the upscale Cook & Brown Public House. This contemporary restaurant is located in Providence, RI, but makes diners feel like they have left the country to have an out of this world dining experience in a European style pub.

The menu changes often to delight guests with new flavors and exciting dishes each time they visit. Frequent visitors as well as the vacationer are sure to always find an appetite stimulating menu. I enjoyed a deliciously prepared scallop entrée and my partner had a mouth watering steak dinner.

Presentation of the meal is everything here with plates depicting the dishes you see in only 5 star dining establishments. Cook & Brown prides itself on providing sophisticated cuisine and superior service. The prices do not reflect 5-Star dining, so they are affordable for the average restaurant enthusiasts.

They are known for working with local farmers, fishermen, ranchers and food artisans for the best ingredients to prepare their fine meals. Each dining experience with them is sure to be remarkable and unique.

A fine selection of old world wines, handcrafted signature cocktails, and small batch beers make for a perfect dining experience. A unique blend of flavored vodkas made for the perfect martini to compliment my meal during my dining experience with them.

Gay & Lesbian Factor: My partner and I dined here for our second date. Even with the nervousness of getting to know each other on a dinner date we felt beyond comfortable with our beginning stages of flirting in this establishment, so I am officially OUTING Cook & Brown Public House as Gay & Lesbian friendly and worthy of our business!
