Laurie has spent a lifetime caring for animals. Lucky Dog Resort is the culmination of a childhood dream, decades of business experience, and the call of the wild. As a pet parent herself, Laurie and her husband have two Dogs, a horse, a parakeet… and a teenage son. She has extensive training and experience in animal care and is active with organizations whose missions are to provide education and training for caregivers, as well as advocacy for animals
