SPRING ESCAPE
- Valid for stays between April 3 and 17
- Book deadline – 7 days prior to arrival, one-night minimum

WINTER SEASON PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A $500 deposit / condominium / week is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to guest’s arrival.
- If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to guest’s arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
- The reservation becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to guest’s arrival. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, guest forfeits all monies received.
Aspen Square Condominium Hotel is a fully non-smoking property, including prohibition of tobacco and other smoke products in rooms and public areas. A special cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to any guest smoking in a condominium.
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated at Aspen Square.
