Today’s mobile phones and other electronic devices don’t look and function like they did in the 1980’s, but that can’t be said for digital watches. Wouldn’t it be nice to change the appearance of your watch’s time display and set an alarm with a swipe of a finger? Or access watch functions that provide detailed information that looks more like they belongs on a Smartphone rather than a traditional digital watch? We have set out to create what you should expect from a digital watch in the 21st century.
NEXT GENERATION DIGITAL WATCH:
Touch Time is a stylish and revolutionary spin on the typical digital watch, which has been virtually unchanged the past 20 years. It utilizes a touch interface with the same capacitive touch screen technology that can be found in Smartphones today. Touch Time is extremely easy to use, allowing you to change the time display or select apps with a swipe of a finger, rather than requiring a myriad of button pushes. Touch Time’s display is always on, and therefore eliminates the need to press a button to see what time it is.
CUSTOMIZE ON THE FLY:
One of the most notable features of Touch Time is the ability to select from seven different built-in time displays with a simple swipe of your finger. The display itself can also be inverted, giving you up to 14 different watch dial appearances ranging from oversized digital to analog time dials. Touch Time is also one of the first watches ever that like your Smartphone allows you to customize the language displayed and supports English, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, and German.
BUILT IN APPLICATIONS:
Fully utilizing the “always on” high resolution display, Touch Time features conventional watch functions designed like they belong on a Smartphone. Launch any app with a simple touch of the corresponding icon displayed in the menu screens. These watch apps include:
- Alarm with the ability to set up to 6 different alarms
- Stopwatch with ability to display detailed lap data (up to 99 laps)
- Reminder to keep track of future daily events and tasks
- World time allows display of up to 6 different time zones
- Calendar displays past, current, and future monthly views
- Calculator with oversized numerical and mathematical symbol buttons
- Lunar displays moon phase, days to full moon, and horoscope
NO NEED FOR SYNCING OR CHARGING:
Smartwatches are all the talk today, but Touch Time isn’t a Smartwatch, it’s a smart-er watch. It offers the functionality wanted in a digital watch, without adding the complication to your life of having to sync it or charge it. Touch Time is powered by a user replaceable coin cell battery, and has 1+ year battery life!

Touch Time features a modern, button-less case design, and is sized perfectly for both men and women. The low profile stainless steel case and soft silicone strap delivers the performance and comfort that is expected of a watch to be worn every day.

Phosphor also manufactures a line of watches that utilize the world’s first mechanical digital watch movement based on its own proprietary magnetic display technology.
We are watch fanatics, and Touch Time is an ambitious project for our small watch company. We have validated the design and functionality in our first working samples shown in the video, but we need your support to finalize the software development and get the product into production at our existing factory and launched later this year.
